About Heather

I am a home-based travel agent in the metro St. Louis area, specializing in Hawaii, Mexico & Caribbean beach vacations, cruises and escorted, small group tours anywhere in the world. I have an intense love for traveling. Planning vacations is almost as fun for me as going on the actual vacation.

I know that planning a vacation can be overwhelming. All of those decisions that need to be made...where to go, how much to spend, will everyone enjoy themselves? This is where I can step in and help make your vacation planning much less stressful.  

About The Process

Step 1: Fill out the contact form or schedule a phone consultation so that we can discuss your vacation. Give me as many details as possible so that I can help narrow down exactly what you’re looking for. Once we’ve had a chance to chat about everything, I will begin the research.

Step 2: I will research options and pricing and narrow down some recommendations for you. Then I will create a proposal for you and send it to you by email. This process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3: You look over the proposal and let me know if you have any questions or would like some additional information.

Step 4: Once you’re ready to book, I will have you fill out a form with all of the information that I need from you, so that I can begin booking everything for you. I will also email you a secure link to pay the deposit (no money is paid to me- everything is submitted to the vendor).

Step 5: Once the main components are booked, I help with any optional components: excursions, dining arrangements, ground transportation, etc. I also provide information to help you prepare for your trip and I’m available to answer any questions you might have.

Step 6: Enjoy your vacation knowing that everything is taken care of and you have direct contact to someone in case anything unexpected should arise.
